This Grief and Loss Support Group will:
Help you process the painful emotions experienced during and after the loss of a loved one(s)
Teach you evidence based coping skills such as mindful meditation
Promote building resilience by healthy boundaries & self care
Teach you deep listening skills that engage you in end of life planning with your dying loved one and with family and friends.
Guide you to explore alternate and complementary psycho-social and spiritual grief work such as sound baths.
Prepare you to better understand the power death has to change you.
You will gather with a small community to share and receive support as each one navigates through stressful and sometimes traumatic life events, and prepare for our loved one’s life transitions while caring for yourself
