The best way to describe the sound bath is a form of meditation of focused awareness. This practice is an example of how the experience of sound manifests not only through hearing but through physical vibrations and frequencies. The recent research on music as medicine has been promising with about 400 articles that show strong evidence of the benefits which include improvements in both physical and mental health.

Our bowls are tuned to 432 hz, which some people call the hz of healing. This frequency has been proven to decrease heart rate and blood pressure and put you into a relaxed state of being. For the brain, some scientists have found that 432 helps to create a "whole brain synchronization" which maximizes our potential as thinkers, artists, and spiritual beings.

We have found that our sound bath participants find calm, and relaxation and enjoy restful sleep afterward. We know that the everyday experience of life can sometimes make us feel disconnected from our bodies. Our goal is to guide you to find that peace that can allow you to reconnect to your body.
